Baba Marimba will feature its renowned
World Folk Fusion
at The 38th Tucson Folk Festival!

We play Saturday, April 1 at 6:00 pm, on the North Church stage! See the calendar page for details.

We integrate “world folk instrumentation,” i.e. baritone and soprano marimbas, kalimbas, violin, conch shells and African, Latin and Middle Eastern folkloric percussion, mixed with drums, bass, guitar, horns and flute - with original compositions that draw on traditional world folk music.

It is a singularly powerful combination that does homage to the spirit of the Folk Festival - and brings the whole world to it.
